Smashed Potatoes
side- Russet Potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Ghee
- Boil potatoes until fork tender
- Drain and let cool
- Heat griddle to low
- Melt ghee on griddle
- Place potatoes on griddle and smash with a spatula
- Season with salt and pepper
- Every 10 minutes add more ghee under potatoes
- Flip potatoes after 40 minutes
- Cook for another 10 minutes
