Melting Potatoes

- 2 lbs yukon gold potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- Peel and slice poatoes 1/4 inch thick.
- Combine sliced potatoes, melted butter, thyme, dill, salt, pepper, and minced garlic in a large mixing bowl.
- Transfer to a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes again.
- Pour in the broth.
- Bake for another 15 minutes.
